On the Tarmac

Arrived late and Newark wanted us to spend a few mote minutes enjoying the beautiful view so we decided to spend it on the tarmac waiting for a gate.

At the Airport

Sitting at the airport waiting for our plane to show. So far no show. Hopefully we won't be stuck in Newark.

Spent our time deciding on games for the week. Looks like there could be some big bucks changing hands.

Random thought of the day: Greg wondered if it would be a TSA violation if he'd worn his golf spikes on the plane. Huh?

Three Days to Go

Just checked the weather and it couldn't look any better than whats forecast. Low to mid 50's in North Berwick (our first stop). Hopefully it will be cool enough so that Tony isn't tempted to wear shorts and reveal his 'out-of-bounds stake' white legs.

Packed my bag last night and surprisingly most everything fit. Just a few leftovers to throw in my golf bag and I'm set to go. I think I've managed to purchase every golf doodad that I'll need over there. Taking two dozen brand new Titleist Pro-V's. Surely that will be more than enough for eight rounds of golf (or more).

This trip couldn't come at a worse time, though. Overseeing the relocation of Lori's new office has kept us busy for the past few months and now I'm leaving just as construction begins. I'm sure that with our great team of people things will run smooth. Probably smoother than if I was there.

Check back in a couple of days as we take flight to Newark, NJ. Some call it the Riviera of the East Coast. Of course, those people are locked up in institutions.
